Position: Branch Manager
Location: BTM Layout & RR Nagar, Bangalore
Vacancies: 2
Gender: Male
Language: Kannada (Mandatory)
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Automobile Sales (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Ensure excellent customer relationship management and post-sales service.
Monitor branch operations, manage inventory, and oversee the delivery process.
Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and identify improvement areas.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and results.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven track record in automobile sales management.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing a team effectively.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹3.6 – ₹4.8 LPA
