Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator (1 to 3 years) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT/software development projects while ensuring smooth communication between teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to track deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate issues/risks when necessary.
  • Ensure timely communication and updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support teams in Agile/Scrum activities like sprint planning and reviews.
  • Help manage resource allocation, timelines, and task tracking tools (JIRA/Trello/Asana, etc.).

Requirements

13 years of experience as Project Coordinator / Project Support / PMO in IT/software projects.

Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project – added advantage).
