Job Opening: International Client Support Executive (Voice / Chat / Blended)

Location: Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, Kharadi, Yerwada, Hinjewadi, Aundh

Salary:

  • Freshers: Up to 3 LPA (24,000 In-Hand)
  • Experienced: Up to 6.5 LPA (30% hike on current salary)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through voice calls, live chat, or both (blended process).
  • Provide accurate information about company products/services.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Log all interactions in the CRM system with accuracy.
  • Work closely with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Follow scripts and adhere to company policies & compliance standards.
  • Meet key performance metrics (TAT, FCR, CSAT, etc.).

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate / Undergraduate

  • Experience:

  • Freshers welcome with excellent communicati

  • Minimum 6 mon-1 year experience in International BPO preferred

  • Communication:

  • Excellent English (verbal & written)

  • Other international languages are a plus

  • Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

  • Computer-savvy; familiar with CRM systems

  • Availability: Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
