Creative problem-solver blending technology, AI, and design to build, maintain, and evolve automation systems that support creative workflows across all Timex Group brands.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity and technology — connecting design craft with scalable systems and processes. As part of a team driving change, the Creative Technologist develops and manages AI-powered pipelines for image generation, retouching, and video production, while also automating processes like PIM/DAM uploads and asset management. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, quick to learn, and eager to explore new ways of working. The Creative Technologist reports to the Creative Director and works closely with the Creative Team, Project Management, Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, and IT — particularly those managing PIM/DAM systems.

Responsibilities


• Build, maintain, and evolve AI + automation systems that support image, video, and creative asset pipelines.


• Develop processes to ensure systems are adopted, scalable, and effective across teams.


• Integrate AI-based tools into creative workflows for retouching, rendering, and content generation.


• Partner with designers, marketers, project managers, and IT to translate creative needs into scalable solutions.


• Support organizational change by training and onboarding teams to new tools and processes.


• Monitor and adapt workflows to stay aligned with emerging technologies.

Requirements


• Working knowledge of AI systems on a commercial level, moving beyond experiments into applied, scalable solutions.


• Technical fluency with Airtable, , APIs, JSON, and automation workflows.


• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and ability to design intuitive, user-friendly systems.


• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.


• Curious, problem solver with the audacity to try new things and learn quickly.


• Strong creative sensibility and understanding of design and marketing workflows.

Bonus Skills


• Familiarity with DAM/PIM systems and automation of asset delivery.


• Understanding of automation tools for creative platforms including plugins or data-driven scripting for content variations.


• Knowledge of organizational change management and process design
