Role Overview

Brickslane is looking for a high-performing Assistant Manager (Sales) to strengthen our Pune East team. This role is designed for someone who thrives on building client trust and converting qualified leads provided by the company into successful closures. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience while driving revenue growth in one of Pune's fastest-growing real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead engagement, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures
  • Convert high-quality, company-generated leads with minimal self-prospecting required
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients in Pune East micro-markets
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate client data and reporting through CRM platforms
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and market insights to guide clients better

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of real estate sales/business development experience (Pune East knowledge preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
