Content Head

Job Summary: As the Content Head, you will lead the creation and execution of a robust content strategy that aligns with our business goals. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional storytelling skills, a deep understanding of the real estate sector, and the ability to manage a team of talented content creators. 

Key Responsibilities: 


• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience. 


• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the content team to deliver high-quality, engaging, and impactful content. 


• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of articles, blogs, videos, and other content formats tailored to the real estate market. 


• Editorial Oversight: Maintain editorial quality and consistency across all content outputs, adhering to brand guidelines. 


• Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitors to inform and optimize content strategies. 


• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content with broader business goals. 


• SEO and Analytics: Implement SEO best practices and leverage analytics tools to track content performance, ensuring continual improvement. 


• Crisis Communication: Manage content during crisis scenarios, ensuring the brand voice remains consistent and effective.  

Qualifications: 


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. 


• 8-10 years of experience in content strategy and creation, preferably in the real estate or related sectors. 


• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing creative teams. 


• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. 


• Proficiency in SEO, content management systems, and analytics tools. 


• Deep understanding of digital and traditional content channels. 


• Strategic mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.
