Core Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI / ML Developer with a strong background in Python programming and hands-on experience with leading AI/ML frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of overall professional experience, including 3-4 years dedicated to developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
  Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy robust AI/ML models for diverse business scenarios, leveraging extensive knowledge of advanced algorithms and industry best practices.
• Should have strong knowledge and command in various ML algorithms, their characteristics and suitability to a given problem.
• Select appropriate machine learning or deep learning techniques/algorithms suited to specific use cases, ensuring optimal model performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, communicate design decisions, and document processes effectively.
• Implement and manage AI/ML DevOps pipelines, including tools such as MLFlow, to streamline model training, deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and reproducibility by adhering to best coding practices and standards in Python and related frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.).
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies to drive innovation and improve existing systems.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of total professional experience, including 3-4 years in AI/ML development.
• Expert proficiency in Python and major AI/ML libraries/frameworks.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms and their practical applications.
• Strong grasp of AI/ML best practices, model selection, and evaluation techniques.
• Experience with MLFlow and familiarity with AI/ML DevOps principles.
• Exceptional design, communication, and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated agility and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in cloud-based AI/ML deployments.
