Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Phaser Developer located in Noida. The primary responsibilities include building interactive browser-based 2D games using the Phaser framework, optimizing game performance across devices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality gaming experiences. The developer will debug and improve games, implement game mechanics, and ensure responsiveness on various platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming skills like JavaScript and Typescript, with experience in the Phaser framework.
• Strong understanding of game development concepts, including game mechanics, physics, and animations.
• Experience with debugging and optimizing front-end performance of 2D games.
• Familiarity with tools and techniques for asset pipeline integration and sprite management.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in game development or a similar role is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related technical field is preferred but not mandatory.

Mid-Senior Phaser Game Developer Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop core gameplay systems using Phaser 3.
• Architect scalable game structures optimized for mobile environments.
• Work closely with the React Native team to ensure seamless integration.
• Optimize performance across iOS and Android devices.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to build engaging user-friendly experiences.
• Handle asset optimization, loading strategies, and performance tuning.
• Mentor junior developers and maintain code quality standards.
• Integrate APIs, SDKs, analytics, and other mobile features as required.
