Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Hyderabad on a full-time basis. This position is ideal for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience seeking to further develop their skills in a vibrant real estate environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in using Adobe Photoshop for creating visually compelling graphics and layouts (Mandatory skill).
  • Hands-on expertise in designing engaging visuals for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and communication.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics, illustrations, and print-ready assets for the companys marketing collateral.
  • Strong understanding of branding fundamentals to maintain consistency and identity across all visual touchpoints.
  • Ability to use Figma for collaborative UI design, interface layout creation, and prototyping digital assets.
  • Knowledge in Canva for creating quick and effective marketing materials, flyers, and digital posts as per project requirements.
  • Sound grasp of color theory and its application in creating appealing, harmonious, and effective visual designs.
  • Experience in UI design to contribute towards layout, typography, and interaction design for web and mobile experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design engaging marketing and branding materials including brochures, banners, hoardings, and digital ads for real estate projects.
  • Create high-impact social media graphics that drive engagement and communicate the company's value proposition effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to execute design concepts aligned with promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual harmony across all digital and print materials reflecting Narayana Infras identity.
  • Work with UI/UX guidelines to design website elements and improve user experiences on digital platforms.
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for editing, retouching, and enhancing property images and marketing assets.
  • Contribute fresh ideas, participate in brainstorming sessions, and present creative concepts to stakeholders for feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in design, tools, and techniques relevant to the real estate industry.
