Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct Risk and Control Self- Assessments(RCSA), incident reviews and thematic control testing.
  • Develop and review Key Risk Indicators (KRIs),escalate breaches and implement remedial actions.
  • Coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance and other control functions to address operational risk observations.
  • Drive risk culture and awareness through regular training, communication and lessons learned.
  • Treasury and capital market operations, oversee settlements, confirmations, and documentation for domestic and international trades.
  • Manage SWIFT payments, Nostro accounts, SSI updates and coordination with brokers and counterparties.
  • Ensure compliance with investment policies and monitor concentration limits and exposure.
  • Policy and Regulatory reporting lead timely and accurate submission of regulatory returns and RBI data indents.
  • Formulate and update risk and operational policies, across Treasury and ICG functions.
  • Automation and projects, collaborate on digital transformation and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enhance control.
  • Participate in system testing, UATs and implementation of risk related technology solutions.
