Human Resource Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter (Non-IT) to manage the full recruitment life cycle for non-technical roles across various departments. The ideal candidate should be proactive, have strong communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements for non-IT roles across departments like Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounts, Admin, etc.
- Source candidates through various channels – job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards as needed.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple open positions
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws (a plus)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field
- MBA in HR (preferred, not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
