Job Title: Software Developer

Role: Flutter Developer

Department: IT

Reports To: Project Manager

Location: Head Office kurla

1. Purpose of the Job

To build and maintain mobile and web applications using Flutter, helping the company deliver smooth, user-friendly digital solutions.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop mobile & web apps using Flutter and Dart
  • Work with designers to create great user interfaces
  • Integrate APIs, Firebase, and other third-party tools
  • Test, debug, and improve app performance
  • Use Git and JIRA to manage code and tasks
  • Release apps to Play Store and App Store
  • Stay updated with new Flutter features and tools

3. Decision Making

  • Can Decide Alone: Code structure, libraries, debugging
  • Consult Manager: Major features, timelines, project risks
  • Escalate: Budget, resources, big project changes

4. People You Work With

5. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's in IT or related field
  • 3+ years of Flutter development experience
  • Strong in Dart, REST APIs, Git, and Firebase
  • Knowledge of FlutterFlow and Python is a plus
  • Experience in app deployment and Agile tools like JIRA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,800,000.00 per month
