Job Overview:
White Zone Dental Clinic is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and welcome.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule/reschedule appointments efficiently.
- Maintain and update patient records in the clinic's system.
- Handle billing, payment collection, and provide receipts to patients.
- Coordinate with dentists, dental assistants, and other staff for smooth patient flow.
- Manage front office cleanliness, organize patient waiting areas, and ensure a professional environment.
- Maintain appointment reminders through calls, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Assist patients with forms, documentation, and insurance-related queries if applicable.
- Address patient concerns or escalate them to the concerned authority promptly.
- Support in day-to-day administrative tasks as required by management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
- Prior experience as a Receptionist, preferably in healthcare/dental clinic, is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
