Key Responsibilities

- Implementation and Administration :
- Large scale deployment experience (DEV, QA, PROD & DR) of IGA solutions designed with IBM IdentitySecurity Verify Governance (ISVG) and IBM Identity Security Identity Manager ISIM (formerly Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM))
- Proven success connecting to target systems with IBM Security Verify Governance Adapters v10.x which includescreating custom adapters for things like LDAP, databases and REST APIs.
- Expertise managing identities across the IBM software ecosystem withIBM Security Identity Governance and Administration Data Integrator (ISIGADI).
- Access Management and Governance :
- Design role-based access controls, lifecycle rules, and provisioning policies.
- Implement and automate workflows for Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) scenarios.
- Conduct certification campaigns for access reviews.
- System Integration :
- Integration experience for ISVG with IBM Identity Security Identity Manager ISIM (formerly Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM))
- Ability to integrate ISVG with Active Directory, Azure AD, Salesforce, HIRS Workday, Gsuite, Directory, ITSM and other SOX and non-SOX critical Enterprise Workplace solutions.
- Group lifecycle management GBAC for use with RBAC, ABAC, PBAC governance .
- Identity lifecycle management for both HIRS Workday and third-party contingent workforce identities.
- Configure authentication and self-service portals.
- Reporting and Analytics :
- Certifications, Reviews, Audit Reporting plus customizations with endpoint entitlement and membership reconciliation reporting for SOX critical applications.
- Develop and automate custom reports and analytics for enhanced operational insights.
- Support and Troubleshooting :
- Resolve operational issues and provide technical support within SLA guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and system optimization.
