Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve the product experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovation to projects.
  • Ensure consistent design standards and best practices across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong design portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Ability to create responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.
  • Experience in motion graphics, micro-interactions, or illustration.
