We are seeking a dynamic, persuasive, and team-oriented Patient Experience & Sales Consultant to join our premium cosmetic and plastic surgery clinic. This role is pivotal in guiding patients through their aesthetic journey—from initial inquiry to successful procedure—while driving commercial success and upholding our brand's luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Consultation & Education:
  • Clearly explain cosmetic procedures (e.g., liposuction, rhinoplasty, hair restoration) with empathy, accuracy, and confidence. Ensure patients feel informed, reassured, and excited about their transformation.
  • Sales & Conversion:
  • Close high-value deals by presenting treatment plans, pricing, and benefits in a compelling, trust-building manner. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the clinic.
  • Commercial Coordination:
  • Collaborate with management to align pricing, offers, and promotional campaigns. Ensure all commercial discussions are documented and compliant.
  • Telecaller Support:
  • Assist and guide the telecalling team in converting leads into consultations. Provide strategic input on scripts, follow-ups, and objection handling.
  • Team Collaboration:

Work closely with doctors, marketing, and front-desk staff to deliver a seamless, luxury patient experience. Be a proactive contributor to team goals and clinic growth. Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to sell high-value services with empathy and conviction
  • Knowledge of cosmetic procedures or willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English and local languages
  • Professional grooming and presentation
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or luxury service industries preferred
