Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, maintaining compliance and coordinating audits.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and ensure timely resolution of employee queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
