
Video & Social Content Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute content strategies tailored for different social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Plan video and content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to create viral and shareable content.
Video Production & Management
- Oversee end-to-end video production: ideation, scripting, storyboarding, filming, and editing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies for shoots.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual style across all video formats.
Social Media & Content Distribution
- Manage posting, scheduling, and optimization of content across digital channels.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to improve performance.
- Implement SEO and platform best practices to maximize reach.
Team & Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, and creative teams to produce integrated campaigns.
- Brief and guide content creators, freelancers, and influencers.
- Ensure timely delivery of content as per campaign requirements.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance of content across platforms using analytics tools.
- Generate reports to measure KPIs such as reach, engagement, views, and conversions.
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and creative direction abilities.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, algorithms, and content formats.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
