Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead site operations for real estate projects in Malad. The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of experience in civil execution, grading, drainage, road layout, and foundation works, preferably in residential/commercial real estate.
General Civil works Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD General Arrangement Drawings, Civil Grading Design, Grading Sections, Road layout & sections, Cut-fill calculations, Soil-Erosion layout & details etc. Understanding on steel/concrete structure & foundations Any other civil structural software packages will be an added advantage

Civil 3D - alignment sheet, profile sheets etc.
Civil 3D – Grading, drainage, road layout & sections Description
Civil Engineering with 2 – 8 yrs. of Exp on General Civil works Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD General Arrangement Drawings, Civil Grading Design, Grading Sections, Road layout & sections, Cut-fill calculations, Soil-Erosion layout & details etc. Understanding on steel/concrete structure & foundations Any other civil structural software packages will be an added advantage
