Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years (Thermal Power Plant)

Education -

  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical Testing, preferably in Thermal Power Projects.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Testing Engineer with a strong background in testing and commissioning of electrical equipment in thermal power plants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and safety of all electrical systems and components.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform testing and commissioning of electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgears, motors, relays, circuit breakers, and protection systems.

Conduct insulation resistance, contact resistance, and high-voltage tests.

Prepare detailed testing reports and documentation as per client and project requirements.

Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and electrical standards (IS/IEC).

Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients during installation and testing stages.

Supervise and guide junior engineers and technicians during field operations.

Maintain testing instruments and ensure their calibration as per standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹55,000.00 per month
