Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Teacher (various subject openings) role at Baldwin Academy, located in Patna. The Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, teaching students in accordance with the curriculum, and encouraging student participation and learning. Responsibilities also include assessing student performance, tailoring educational approaches to diverse learning needs, and fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. The Teacher will also coordinate training sessions as needed and contribute to students' academic and personal development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Lesson Planning and designing instructional materials to meet diverse learning needs
  • Proficiency in Teaching and facilitating student-centered learning
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Background in Education and Training with applicable teaching certifications
  • Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Relevant teaching experience in elementary, middle, or high school levels is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to school development activities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant field; teaching credentials required
