Looking for candidate with Paint Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical, chemical, and performance testing of paints, coatings, and raw materials.
  • Operate and maintain lab instruments such as spectrophotometers, viscometers, gloss meters, salt spray chambers, and adhesion testers.
  • Prepare test panels and samples as per standard procedures (ASTM, ISO, BIS, etc.).
  • Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and timely.
  • Maintain lab cleanliness, calibration records, and safety protocols.
  • Support R&D and Quality teams in product development and improvement projects as required
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
