Plant Controller

Your tasks

Coordinate with Plant Functions, Plant Manager, Plant Controllers, Controlling Corporate, Manufacturing, BU's, Accounting CIL and maintain regular communication with Regional, Local, and Central heads to ensure that all financial strategies align with broader corporate goals through robust communication channels and regular update meetings.

Defining clear, measurable KPIs that link financial metrics with corporate objectives, using these KPIs to assess current performance and forecast future growth.

Leading cross-functional teams to identify areas of waste and inefficiency, developing initiatives that promote lean management techniques and cost reduction without compromising quality or productivity. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and suggestions from all internal stakeholders.

Establishing criteria for evaluating both short-term and long-term investments to ensure alignment with strategic business goals and financial return expectations. Implementing a regular review cycle for ongoing and completed investments to assess performance against expected financial outcomes.

Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS standards. Engage with the team for monthly reviews to discuss trends, variances, and forecasts, while implementing robust risk management practices to monitor potential financial uncertainties and develop effective mitigation strategies

Supporting and coordinating post-completion audits to ensure that all projects meet the original scope and financial projections. Strengthen the company's audit readiness by leading control self-assessments and aligning with global internal audit standards.

Monitoring cash flows meticulously to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs and strategic objectives. Optimizing asset management to balance liquidity and returns, focusing on turnover rates for receivables and inventory.

Your profile

Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance/Accounting
