Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking against milestones.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and PMO.
- Maintain project documentation (plans, risks, dependencies, issues, status reports).
- Coordinate sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) for Agile teams.
Process Documentation & Standardization
- Draft, update, and maintain process documents, SOPs, checklists, and templates aligned with CMMI Level 3 practices.
- Organize and manage the Process Asset Library (PAL) / repository.
Process Implementation Support
- Work with project teams to adopt processes for Requirements Management, Project Planning, QA, Configuration Management, and Monitoring & Control.
- Track compliance and escalate deviations to SEPG Head.
Quality & Compliance Activities
- Support internal audits, gap assessments, and compliance checks.
- Prepare and manage evidence for CMMI appraisals (SCAMPI or equivalent).
- Track and close non-conformities (NCs), Corrective Actions (CARs), and Preventive Actions (PARs).
Metrics & Reporting
- Collect, validate, and analyse project metrics (effort variance, schedule variance, defect density, etc.) in line with CMMI Measurement & Analysis (MA).
- Prepare dashboards and reports for management, SEPG Head, and PMO.
Training & Awareness
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops on CMMI practices, QA, Agile, and SDLC compliance.
- Develop awareness materials, FAQs, and quick guides for teams.
Tool & Repository Support
- Maintain Confluence / SharePoint with latest process assets and templates.
- Support Jira, Git, and DevOps workflows aligned to defined processes.
- Assist with configuration management activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech/MCA/BCA or equivalent in Computer Science/IT.
- Experience: 13 years in Project Coordination, Quality Assurance, or Process Support roles.
Knowledge of:
SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes.
- Basics of CMMI framework (Level 2/3 exposure preferred).
QA practices (test cases, audits, reviews).
Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Excel (metrics dashboards), Git/configuration tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong documentation, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration.
Preferred (Good-to-Have)
- Exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, HIPAA compliance.
- Prior experience in internal/external audit support.
- Familiarity with CMMI Process Areas (PP, PMC, CM, PPQA, MA, QPM).
Reporting Line
- Reports to: Head of SEPG
- Works closely with: PMO, QA, Development, Audit, and SEPG Teams
