Role Summary:

Responsible for supervising, executing, and monitoring solar project installation at site to ensure timely, safe, and quality completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee installation of solar panels, structures, cabling, and inverters.
  • Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and project managers.
  • Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility checks.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve on-site technical issues.
  • Prepare daily/weekly site reports and documentation.
  • Perform testing & commissioning of the solar system.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of PV installation, electrical systems, and drawings.
  • Site supervision & team-handling skills.
  • Problem-solving and technical understanding.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, reports).

Qualification:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/EEE or similar.
  • Experience in solar installation (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹20,000.00 per month
