Role Summary:

The Business Head Sales is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve organizational growth objectives. This role involves leading the sales function across regions, managing high-performing teams, driving revenue, and establishing a strong market presence. The ideal candidate combines deep market understanding with strong leadership, customer focus, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the companys business goals.
  • Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with other department heads (marketing, product, operations) to ensure alignment.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performance sales team across multiple regions.
  • Define KPIs and manage performance to achieve targets.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.

Revenue & Business Growth

  • Own and drive the companys revenue targets.
  • Expand the customer base and manage key strategic accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.

Budget & Forecasting

  • Prepare and manage the sales budget.
  • Forecast sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze sales metrics and generate reports for senior leadership.
  • Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to track performance and improve processes.

UG: B.A in Any Specialization, Bachelor of Public Health in Any Specialization, B.Com in Any Specialization, BHM in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization, Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in Any Specialization, Bachelor of Social Work in Any Specialization, Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Any Specialization
