Store Keeper

The Store Keeper is responsible for managing and overseeing the inventory and stock of goods in the store. This includes receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining records of materials and supplies. The role ensures that goods are stored securely, inventory levels are maintained, and stock is readily available for use or distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
- Maintain proper storage of goods in designated areas.
- Issue materials and items based on approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store environment.
- Maintain records of stock movement (inward/outward) and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments for stock requirements.
- Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) practices as needed.
- Handle returns and damaged items as per company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management are a plus.
- Proven experience as a store keeper, warehouse assistant, or similar role.
- Knowledge of inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP, MS Excel).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items if required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
