Avyott is Hiring: Software Support Engineer

Location:
 On-Site, Goa

Experience:
 Minimum 1 year, preferably 2 years

Salary:
 ₹40,000 per month

 for businesses across India. As we scale, we're looking for a Software Support Engineer who can help us ensure smooth deployments, fast resolutions, and exceptional customer experience.

If you love debugging, solving real customer problems, and working closely with engineering teams, this role is for you.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and product support to Avyott customers across phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose issues across APIs, integrations, automation flows, logs, and dashboards.
  • Assist with 
    AI text agent deployments
    , testing, and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Document issues, solutions, edge cases, and best practices.
  • Work with engineering to escalate bugs and follow through to resolution.
  • Support customers in POS, CRM, and API integrations (training provided).
  • Ensure high uptime, accurate automation flows, and quick turnaround for issues.

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of experience in technical/software support.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, logs, debugging tools, and Postman.
  • Ability to break down complex problems clearly and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms or text-automation systems is a bonus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
  • Familiarity with AWS preferred.
