Role:

We are seeking a technically proficient and solutions-oriented individual to support and maintain the stability and performance of Pega applications. This role demands a deep understanding of the Pega Platform, deployment mechanisms, and associated technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing deployment pipelines, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring optimal system health through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.

What you will do:

• Manage and configure deployment pipelines using Pegas Deployment Manager.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues within Pega applications, including workflows, integrations, and architecture.
• Respond promptly to incidents, including participation in on-call rotations for critical issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures to avoid recurrence.
• Troubleshoot and debug problems in the Pega environment, mitigating risks and conflicts.
• Monitor application performance and optimize resource utilisation using tools such as Dynatrace, Pega Diagnostic Center, Soap UI, and Admin Studio.
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to system and support documentation.
• Enhance knowledge bases to support efficient issue resolution.

Who you are:

• A professional with strong expertise in the Pega Platform, including architecture, rules, data models, and deployment mechanisms.
• Experienced in using Pegas Deployment Manager for application deployments.
• Knowledgeable in database concepts and tools such as DBeaver and Cassandra.
• Familiar with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Skilled in using monitoring tools to identify gaps and ensure alerting capabilities.
• A collaborative problem-solver with a commitment to continuous improvement and system reliability.
