We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4-6 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven expertise in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of design aesthetics, an eye for detail, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging visuals across print, digital, and video mediums.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality creative assets, including brochures, packaging, digital creatives, social media content, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver impactful visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Develop innovative packaging designs that are both visually appealing and functional, ensuring brand consistency across all products.
  • Edit and produce engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, including short-form videos, promotional reels, and product explainers.
  • Design layouts and templates for various print and digital channels, ensuring optimal readability and visual balance.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging creative tools to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
  • Take ownership of projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign for layout design and print-ready material preparation.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating vector illustrations, photo editing, and graphic compositions.
  • Strong experience in packaging design, with a portfolio showcasing product packaging projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and video editing workflows, including color grading, transitions, and sound integration.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute video editing projects for digital campaigns, product demos, and brand storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms (print, web, social, and mobile).
  • Strong communication skills to present and justify design decisions effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in advertising, marketing, or a product-based company.
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing expertise in print, digital, packaging, and video editing projects.
  • Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player in a collaborative environment.
