Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible ETP Operators (Effluent Treatment Plant Operators) to join our team. Freshers with basic technical knowledge and a keen interest in environmental management are welcome to apply. The ETP Operator will assist in operating and maintaining the effluent treatment plant to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in operating and monitoring ETP units including pumps, aerators, filters, and dosing systems.
  • Check inlet and outlet water parameters and record daily readings (pH, TDS, COD, BOD, etc.).
  • Help in chemical preparation and dosing as per standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure safe disposal of sludge and maintain housekeeping around ETP area.
  • Support preventive maintenance and routine inspection of ETP equipment.
  • Maintain daily logbooks and reports of plant operations.
  • Follow all safety and environmental compliance protocols.

Qualifications

  • Education: Any Degree / ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
  • Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of water treatment process (advantageous)
  • Good observation and record-keeping skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Team player with safety awareness
