Placement Coordinator

1. Corporate Relations & Tie-ups
- Develop and maintain relationships with IT companies, software firms, and recruiters.
- Arrange corporate tie-ups, internships, and placement drives.
- Identify job opportunities suitable for Softroniics interns, students and alumni.
2. Placement Coordination
- Schedule interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.
- Coordinate between companies, students, trainers, and management.
- Ensure smooth execution of placement activities and interview processes.
3. Student Placement Support
- Guide students on placement procedures, job expectations, and career paths.
- Assist students with resume preparation, portfolio review, and documentation.
- Track student eligibility and readiness for placements.
4. Placement Training & Readiness
- Coordinate mock interviews, aptitude tests, group discussions, and soft skills sessions.
- Work closely with trainers to assess technical readiness of students.
- Ensure students meet company-specific requirements before interviews.
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate placement records, student details, and company feedback.
- Track placement status, offers received, and joining confirmations.
- Prepare regular placement reports for management review.
6. Alumni & Industry Engagement
- Maintain relationships with placed students and alumni for future opportunities.
- Leverage alumni networks for referrals and industry connections.
- Collect placement testimonials and success stories.
7. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure placement activities align with Softroniics' policies and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and student data.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of the IT/software job market
- Networking and relationship-building abilities
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Student-focused and result-oriented mindset
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in placements, recruitment coordination, or training institutes
- Experience in software or IT training environment preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
