Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Full Stack Developer Team Lead with 10+ years in full stack development to join our rapidly growing technology team.

In this critical role, youll combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to architect, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. You will lead a team of developers, drive strategic technical decisions, and take ownership of complex development challengesensuring best practices, code quality, and timely delivery.

Youll work closely with cross-functional teams, act as a mentor, and help shape the future of our technology stack and development culture.

Front-end, proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) is essential, along with experience in frameworks like , Angular, or

Knowledge of responsive web design and Git for version control is also important. On the back-end, developers should be skilled in server-side languages such as , Python, Java, PHP, or C#, and have experience working with frameworks like , Django, Spring Boot, or Laravel.

A strong understanding of RESTful API development, database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, and authentication mechanisms like JWT or OAuth is crucial.

Additionally, familiarity with API integration, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and basic DevOps principles such as CI/CD and deployment is beneficial.

Soft skills like problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication, coupled with an understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, are key to thriving in a collaborative development environment.
