Technician_Vial Filling

Execute Aseptic area (filling, capping) activities as per plan.

Ensure availability of status labelling at respective work place throughout all stages of manufacturing/ aseptic area.

To operate and supervise vial filling machine, Capping machine, LAF, Mobile LAF, NVPC, GIT, and ALUS as per SOPs.

To maintain cGMP norms and discipline in the department.

To ensure cleanliness in the area /section / department by performing area /equipment – sanitization and to ensure timely completion of related documentation/ logbook of same.

For assembling and dissembling of filling/capping machine parts and unloading of autoclave sterile items as well as material transfer in respective area. 

To operate and supervise Dry Powder Filling and stoppering machine, Capping machine as per Standard Operating Procedure.

To ensure machine operations, cleaning and planned preventive maintenance are performed as instructed in respective SOPs.

Ensure all operations are performed as per safety norms to avoid accidents in plant.

Any other Job allocated by Immediate supervisor/ Production Head.
