You will be instrumental in establishing robust testing frameworks and best practices across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and data-driven iteration.
- Data Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring the seamless and accurate flow of data between our various data sources, the data warehouse, and our analytics tools. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of our data pipelines, which are crucial for accurate analysis.
- Actionable Insights & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, insightful reports, and compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex data findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executive leadership. Your ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations will be paramount.
- Metrics Definition & Tracking: Define, track, and consistently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), critical success metrics, and overall product health indicators. You will establish the benchmarks and frameworks necessary to evaluate product performance and identify trends or anomalies.
