Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Consultant (Finance) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in professional banking operations, compliance, and customer service with at least 10 years of proven experience in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day banking operations.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI & FEMA regulations and internal policies.
  • Interpret, analyse, and advise on RBI circulars, notifications, and master directions applicable to banks, NBFCs, and fintech entities.
  • Design and implement frameworks for compliance monitoring alignment with RBI mandates like KYC/AML, cybersecurity, Outsourcing, Digital lending etc.
  • Provide expert consultation on RBIs prudential norms, licensing requirement & regulatory returns.
  • Conduct periodic gap assessments against regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 + years of professional experience in the banking/NBFC sector is strongly preferred.
  • CA/CS/MBA (Finance) equivalent qualification. Additional certifications such as CAMS or FRM will be preferred.
