Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site AI/ML Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The AI/ML Engineer will develop and implement machine learning models, design neural networks, and apply advanced algorithms to solve complex problems. Day-to-day responsibilities include research, data analysis, and building scalable AI solutions to support the company's augmented reality technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
    .
  • 2+ years of experience
    in machine learning model development and deployment.

  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and ML libraries:

  • NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn

  • TensorFlow or PyTorch

  • Experience with
    data pre-processing, feature engineering
    , and exploratory data analysis.

  • Familiarity with
    deep learning architectures
    (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
  • Hands-on experience with
    REST APIs
    ,
    Docker
    , and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Understanding of
    version control
    (Git) and basic CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong understanding of
    statistics
    ,
    machine learning algorithms
    , and evaluation metrics.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    ML Ops
    tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Prefect).
  • Knowledge of
    NLP
    libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Familiarity with
    big data tools
    (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Exposure to vector databases, LLM fine-tuning, or RAG systems.
  • Experience deploying models using
    serverless architecture
    , Kubernetes, or managed ML services.

  • Ability to collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
