Job Description:

OP:

  • Handle new and repeat patient registrations and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage doctor appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations.
  • Coordinate patient movement across departments (consultation, lab, pharmacy, ultrasound, billing).
  • Provide basic information about services, consultation fees, packages, and procedures.
  • Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain billing records.
  • Address patient queries or route them to the appropriate staff.
  • Ensure proper queue management and reduce patient wait time.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure patient data is accurately entered into the hospital system (HIMS/CRM).
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols in the outpatient area.

Counselling ( Treatment / Financial Counselling):

  • Provide initial counselling to walk-in or referred patients regarding IVF, IUI, and other treatment options.
  • Educate patients about treatment timelines, required tests, consent forms, and procedural steps.
  • Clarify doubts and address concerns related to cost, risks, and treatment success.
  • Offer emotional support and explain the importance of adherence to treatment schedules.
  • Coordinate with doctors and lab teams to ensure patients are fully informed and comfortable.
  • Encourage patients to stay on track with treatment and follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain documentation of counselling sessions in compliance with data privacy policies.
  • Follow up with patients who miss appointments or drop out of treatment plans.

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
