Role Overview:

The Cluster Head Emerging Branches will be responsible for leading and managing a cluster of newly established or developing branches. The role involves driving business growth across key retail banking products, ensuring profitability, building strong teams, and delivering superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Growth

• Drive growth in CASA, retail assets, third-party products, and fee income across all emerging branches.
• Achieve cluster-level business and profitability targets through effective sales planning and monitoring.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in untapped or semi-urban markets.

2. Branch Operations & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational, and audit guidelines across all branches.
• Maintain branch hygiene, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Implement best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

3. People Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate Branch Managers and their teams to achieve business goals.
• Drive performance culture through regular reviews, goal setting, and capability building.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams suited for emerging market dynamics.

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure superior customer service delivery and quick redressal of customer queries.
• Promote digital adoption and enhance customer engagement through innovative banking solutions.

5. Market Development

• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to design effective go-to-market strategies.
• Strengthen brand presence through local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
