About the Role

We are looking for a passionate .NET Trainer cum Developer who is eager to begin or build their career in software development and technical training. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the .NET framework, programming fundamentals, and an enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Mentoring:
  • Conduct classroom or online sessions on .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, etc.).
  • Prepare training materials, exercises, and assessments for students or trainees.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and resolve doubts related to .NET programming and project work.
  • Development:
  • Assist in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining .NET-based applications.
  • Collaborate with senior developers on live or internal projects.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
  • Content & Support:
  • Develop technical documentation, presentations, and tutorials.
  • Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and tools to improve training quality.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and OOP concepts.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server and basic database concepts.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web application basics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks (.NET Core, Blazor, etc.).

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to .NET Core, Entity Framework, or LINQ.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio or VS Code development environments.
  • Experience with Git or version control systems.

Education Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc (CS/IT) or any equivalent degree.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be Trained on .NET (Mandatory)

  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
