Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Analyst, based on-site. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating insights to stakeholders. The role involves acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless project execution and achievement of business goals.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or relevant industry roles
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in at least one tool such as Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong business presentation capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
- High level of self-motivation, ownership, adaptability, and a strong learning mindset
- Proven ability to make sound decisions and act effectively in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
