Role Overview:

  • Assemble, solder, and install electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc.) on printed circuit boards and devices following detailed work instructions.
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain automated production and assembly equipment.
  • Install, align, and adjust parts using hand and power tools; adhere to cleanroom and ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures as needed.
  • Inspect and test assemblies and finished products, identifying and repairing defects according to quality standards.
  • Record testing and inspection results, maintain accurate documentation, and package finished products.
  • Report malfunctions and recommend improvements for productivity or quality.

Skills & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; training in electronics assembly is advantageous.
  • Precision, excellent hand-eye coordination, and comfort with repetitive fine-motor tasks.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols for electronics manufacturing environments.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced, controlled environment (often cleanroom or ESD-safe).
  • Standing or sitting for extended periods; use of safety gear as required.
  • Teamwork and effective communication with supervisors and co-workers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
