Key Roles and Responsibilities: Graphic Designing:

  • Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as:
  • Brochures, catalogs, packaging, banners, and flyers.
  • Social media posts, advertisements, and infographics.
  • Company presentations, product labels, and internal communication creatives.
  • Develop brand identity elements like logos, typography, and color palettes.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and communication tone.
  • Prepare design files for both print and digital formats.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for campaign visuals.

Video Editing:

  • Edit and assemble raw video footage to create promotional and social media videos.
  • Add effects, graphics, music, voiceovers, and transitions for smooth storytelling.
  • Create short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Work with creative briefs to transform ideas into engaging video outputs.
  • Maintain a library of video and design assets for future use.

Motion Graphics & Animation (Optional):

  • Design and animate graphics for intros, outros, and explainer videos.
  • Use After Effects or similar tools for motion-based storytelling.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Coordinate with marketing, HR, and digital teams to understand content needs.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated with latest design and video trends, tools, and formats.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in design and video editing (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Good sense of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong storytelling ability and creative mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of social media content strategy is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
