Job Title: Sr AIML Developer

Primary Skill: Machine learning libraries/frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

Secondary Skill: MLOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (GCP)

Location: Hyderabad

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc

YOE: 6-8 yrs

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Model Development: Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for predictive analytics, classification, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI (including LLM fine-tuning).
• Data Analysis: Conduct end-to-end data analysis, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• MLOps and Deployment: Build scalable machine learning pipelines and deploy models into production using MLOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Data Handling: Work with both structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Algorithm Optimization: Implement and optimize algorithms to enhance model accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Statistical Validation: Apply statistical techniques, including A/B testing, to validate AI/ML models.
• Time Series & Forecasting: Develop models for time series forecasting and predictive analytics.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure AI/ML solutions align with industry best practices, security standards, and ethical AI guidelines, with an emphasis on model transparency and explainability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (preferably GCP).
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and machine learning algorithms.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Background in AI ethics and model explainability.
• Relevant AI/ML certifications.
• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain.
