  • Develop, and execute software tests to validate ISP blocks and integration.
  • Read hardware specifications, identify and develop test cases to run on Field-programmable Gate Array (FPGA) emulation and silicon.
  • Develop software test methodologies.
  • Support volume production through screening and characterization tests.
  • Support power measurements, correlation and debug.
