Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technology Architect to define and deliver innovative technology solutions across our products and platforms. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership — ideal for someone who has built and scaled platforms, led multi-disciplinary teams, and worked across a variety of modern stacks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the overall technology vision, architecture and roadmap across cloud, data and application layers.
  • Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies (serverless, microservices, blockchain, VR, AI/ML) where they create business value.
  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable and high-performing solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical designs and delivery plans.
  • Oversee DevOps, cloud infrastructure, data operations and application development practices.
  • Mentor and coach engineers; foster a culture of innovation, automation and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and cost optimisation in cloud environments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years in senior engineering or architecture roles, with at least 3 years leading teams or platforms.
  • Broad hands-on experience with multiple technologies (e.g. AWS/GCP, Terraform, serverless architectures, microservices, data platforms).
  • Strong programming background in at least two languages (Python, Go, NodeJS, Scala, C#, etc.).
  • Experience designing and implementing CI/CD, infrastructure as code and cloud-native applications.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and integrate emerging tech (VR, blockchain, data analytics).
  • Track record of defining technology roadmaps and delivering complex projects end-to-end.

Nice to Have

  • Start-up or consultancy experience driving technology strategy for multiple clients.
  • Exposure to SOC2, ISO27001 or similar security/compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in building or scaling data-intensive products (Databricks, Spark, Redshift).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹3,500, ₹5,000,000.00 per year
