Industry Marketing Manager
. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industry Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive industry marketing plans which would be an optimal mix of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for selected enterprises and broad-based/1-many ABM strategies to drive awareness and recall in new markets. This role will actively provide essential marketing support, including data cleaning and enrichment of account and contact data. This ensures the highest level of accuracy and effectiveness in our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Industry Marketing Plans: Create and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the Manufacturing, Retail and Logistics industry segments, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Hands on experience at identifying/segmenting target audience and massaging content to suit market and persona relevance
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and implement ABM strategies to target and engage key accounts, driving personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with enterprise and SMB clients.
- Adept at creating campaign briefs and content outlines for short form content assets like landing pages, email copies and digital channels
- Data Management: Perform data cleaning and enrichment of account and contact data to maintain high data quality and support targeted marketing initiatives.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, revenue operations, and product teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies and business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Retail or Logistics industry preferably in a Marketing, operations and sale strategy role
- Experience in the Workforce management company will be preferred
- Skills: Strong background in developing and executing marketing plans, ABM strategies, and data management. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
