Food and Beverage Server

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus and assist guests in making food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and in the correct sequence.
- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next service.
- Handle billing, cash, and credit card transactions as per company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and sideboards.
- Assist with buffet setup, banquet service, and room service as needed.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Report guest feedback, complaints, or special requests to the supervisor promptly.
- Support colleagues and work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality diploma preferred).
- Previous experience in food & beverage service or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage menus, allergens, and service standards.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems preferred.
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
