As a Warehouse Executive at Nothing, the warehouse executive will play a crucial role in managing our warehouse operations, particularly focusing on spare parts management (Inward/outward), defective handling, spare parts planning, ordering and logistics arrangements.

  • Spare Inventory Management:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to optimize spare parts consumption.

  • Responsible for monitoring inventory levels, identifying consumption patterns, and ensuring timely replenishment.

  • Managing adequate level of inventory (MSL).

  • Defective Parts Management:

  • Addressing immediate attention to defective parts handling processes.

  • Establish robust procedures for receiving, inspecting with the assistance of a technician, managing defective parts, and determining appropriate disposal methods.

  • Spares Inventory Planning:

  • Collaborating with the operations team, the incumbent will contribute to spares inventory planning.

  • Analyze historical data, forecast future requirements, and liaise with the global team to maintain adequate stock levels, minimizing disruptions due to shortages.

  • Logistics Coordination:

  • Overseeing logistics arrangements pertaining to spare parts, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

  • Collaborate closely with logistics providers to optimize delivery schedules, reduce expenses, and ensure prompt availability of spare parts.

  • Any Bachelor's degree

  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, inventory management
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in warehousing
  • Proficient in excel
