Job Details:

The Data Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our health service operations by handling data collection, entry, and validation tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with confidential healthcare information.

The candidates will also get the opportunity to work on Gokul Infocare elaborate projects, enhancing skill sets and will get a 360-degree vision on Software Development, AI projects, Data Research, IT Recruitment, Marketing and Real Estate.

Initially you will be contributing to MIRA Medical Intelligence Robotic Automation, a platform that leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and modern Python-based web technologies to optimize healthcare operations. MIRA automates key clinical and administrative workflows. You will be providing administrative support and accounting including maintenance of Robina 7 Day Doctors Acupuncture Bulk Bill Clinic Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Validation: Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with clinic standards. Identify errors, discrepancies, and missing information and take corrective actions or escalate as needed.
• Data Entry: Accurately input patient records, appointment details, billing information, and other operational data into the clinic management system.
• Data Collection: Gather relevant information from multiple sources including patient forms, electronic records, lab reports, and internal reports.
• Record Maintenance: Ensure all clinic records are properly stored, organized, and updated in compliance with data protection policies.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and clinic data at all times.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Graduate or above (current students are NOT eligible)
• Knowledge or experience in data entry, data management, data collection
• Minimum CGPA of 6.0
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Work 8 hours per day (Work From Home), Monday to Saturday, starting from 6:00 AM
• Own laptop or PC with a high-speed internet connection
• Willing to work across all of our business sectors
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Able to Join within 2 weeks
• Able to Work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must be a team player, professional, and a self-learner

This position does not require technical expertise, though applicants with technical skills are equally encouraged to apply.

Location of Work: Permanent Work From Home

Timings: Monday to Saturday 8 Hours a day (Preferred candidates who can start from 6 AM)

Joining Date: Immediate to Less than 2 Weeks

Remuneration:

• First 6 Months - INR 15,000 per month
• After 6 Months - INR 20,000 per month
• Every Year Guaranteed Salary increase of 20%
